When it comes to service, you can call me “old school” and I won’t be offended one bit. I believe in returning phone calls promptly, giving you a personal tour of Gig Harbor neighborhoods, and personally hosting every Open House. Forming genuine relationships with my clients is a goal I take as seriously as I take my record collection.

Though I may be old school when it comes to customer service, I use every modern marketing tool at my disposal to help you find a home or sell yours for top dollar. I’m proud to be backed by Windermere, a powerhouse in the real estate industry with a team of digital ninjas who support me on every listing. From professional staging and photography to social media marketing, I offer the best of both worlds: personal service and cutting-edge online marketing.

I’m also SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) certified.

As you may have guessed, music is a HUGE part of my life. I’ve been singing since I was 4 and I still perform live around town with my band Tupelo a few times a year. If you’re into acoustic versions of Fleetwood Mac or The Rolling Stones songs, I’d love to see you in the audience at a future show.

Giving back is non-negotiable for me. I’m a frequent volunteer and donor for the local senior center and a proud supporter of the New Phoebe House, which is dedicated to helping women battling addiction get back on their feet. I also volunteer for the Gig Harbor Waterfront Alliance by hand watering the hanging flower baskets along the waterfront from spring to fall.

There’s a good chance that you’ve seen me out and about, riding along the Cushman Trail, at the record store hunting for vinyl, or grabbing a bite to eat with my son and handsome pilot hubby at Hacker’s Bar & Grill (steak night on Mondays is our fave!).
