    First, we’ll chat to see if we’re a good fit. I’ll ask about your goals and agenda. Then we’ll put our heads together in my battle room, aka my home office, to strategically map out the ideal timeline for every step of the process, from prepping to our ideal close date.

  2. Prepping & staging your home
    Homes that are properly staged typically sell for 10% to 20% more. As a full-service Realtor, I offer professional staging (it’s one of my favorite parts of the gig).

  3. Professional photography and marketing
    Our professional photographer and videographer team will take high-quality photos to make sure your house stands out the day it hits the market.

  4. Negotiating offers
    There’s a lot more to negotiating than just money. As a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, I’ll be there to advocate for you and ultimately help select the winning offer.

  5. Closing & celebrating
    As your closing date approaches, I’ll be by your side helping you navigate through contracts and next steps. Finally, we’ll celebrate!

  1. Initial meeting & goal-setting
    First, we’ll chat to see if we’re a good fit. I’ll get clear on your goals and your budget. Then we’ll put our heads together in my battle room, aka the office, to map out our action plan.

  2. Connect with a lender
    Buying a home in this market means moving fast and being prepared. I’ll connect you with a trusted lender to make sure you’re pre-approved and underwritten to improve your odds.

  3. Show time!
    I live, work, and play in Gig Harbor and I know every street. I’ll make sure you find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. I’ll also leverage my network to find those “off-market” deals or homes that may be listed soon.

  4. Let’s give ‘em an offer to talk about
    Once you find a house you’re ready to call home, I’ll craft your killer offer and leverage my network to help you win. From there, I’ll help negotiate contingencies such as inspection, repairs, etc.

  5. Close & celebrate
    After you’ve secured the home, I’ll still be with you every step of the way during the closing process. Finally, we celebrate and hand over the keys!
